Check DC voltage setting accuracy without remote sense
Equipment required
AC power source
High-current 18 AWG wire
Electronic load
Low-current 22 AWG wire
DC voltmeter
Set up the equipment, as shown in the following figure.

Ensure the warm-up criteria have been met, as described in the Performance verification conditions.
To assure accurate measurements, the voltmeter must be connected as closely as possible to the
front panel of the device under test (DUT). A solution is to use fork spade terminals between the
electronic load and the DUT, and banana plugs between the DUT and voltmeter. An alternative
solution is to use fork spade terminals for both connections at the DUT. For details, see the following
figure.
