Footer margins Specifies the distance in pixels to the margin and thus the area in which the
three footer lines are inserted.
Top: 2038 pixels
Bottom: 150 pixels
Left: 100 pixels
Right: 100 pixels
Footer text Specifies the footer text. Only the first three lines are used. You can use
placeholders.
The default text is:
