5-6. CTL Head or Full-erase Head Replacement
When it is necessary to replace the CTL head or the full-erase head, replace with the
CTL/FE head assembly.

Note
Head azimuth, etc. of the CTL/FE head assembly are adjusted when shipping from
the factory.
Never turn the screws in the CTL/FE head assembly. (Except when adjustment)

Preparation
1.
Turn the power off and disconnect the power code.
2.
Remove the upper lid (front) assembly. (Refer to Section 1-3-1.)
3.
Remove the cassette compartment. (Refer to Section 1-5.)
