If the instrument is running without any external power supply and the charging level of the inter-
nal battery is approximately lower than 5%, this bit is set to indicate that the system is shut down
automatically in approximately 5 minutes.

This bit is set if a questionable temperature occurs.

This bit is set if a limit value is violated

The bit is set if a measurement is performed unaligned (label UNCAL)
