11. When installing connectors to the PCU, tighten the connector screws to a
torque of 0.2 N·m.
12. The commons for all outputs are connected to the 24-V output grounds for
the axes.
13. The commons for all inputs except for the 24-V and 5-V origin input signals
and positioning completed input signals are connected to the input com-
mon for the axes.
14. The common for the positioning completed input signal is connected to the
24-V output power supply via a diode.
15. Use the origin common as a pair with the 24-V origin input signal or the
5-V origin input signal.

External I/O Connector Arrangement
• The connectors that are included with this PCU are solder-type connec-
tors.
• Use wires with cross-sectional areas of 0.2 mm
2
or less.
• Be careful not to short-circuit neighboring terminals when soldering.
• Cover the soldered part of the wire with insulation tubing.
