*1 If a value outside the setting range is set, the instruction will complete with an error.
*2 If "Invalid" is set, the default parameter will be used.
*3 Set value 121 is available only if the submaster function is used.
For the startup in the local station, only Data link faulty station setting (bit 8 of (s1)+1) and CPU STOP time
output setting (bit 9 of (s1)+1) will be valid. Any other changed settings will be ignored during execution of the
instruction, without causing an error.
