Maintaining Detectors in Stack Configuration

Clean or Replace the Collecting Electrode (NPD on ECD)

Maintenance and Troubleshooting Manual

8. Wait until the detectors temperature is near to 

ambient, then disconnect the signal and ignition 
polarization cables from the NPD.

9. Loosen the fixing screw on the front of the NPD 

cell and remove it.
