Maintenance and Troubleshooting Manual

10. Unscrew the two Allen bolts that fix the injector 

body to the injector base. Remove the injector 
body from its base.

CAUTION

Pay attention not to lose the 
small needle guide when 
removing the injector body. The 
guide normally can be found 
inserted in the needle channel 
of the injector base or of the 
valve seal.

11. Disassemble the injector body, separating the 

head from the lower part.
