The operation of the unit for the installed headrest version is configured with
this service routine.

This configuration is required for replacement of board DX11 and a unit hard-
ware version

Plus

systems) as well as for the installation of head-

rest version 2 in systems with a hardware version

AG.

Start test step 10 as described on page 5-80 or by pressing the Service
key in test step 9.

NOTE

If you go to test step 10 from test step 9 by pressing the Service key, the
security access confirmation will be skipped.

Configuring the headrest

Select the currently installed headrest using the arrow keys in selection
field 1.

00 = operation with headrest version 1

(until approx. October 2006)
