Sample Name
Click a sample name column, and the desired sample
name can be input. Measurements can be made without
a sample name entered.
For multiple inputs of the same sample name and
addition of serial numbers, Sample Table in 3.1.7 should
be used instead of Autosampler, because input is easier.

Injection Volume
Inputs the basic volume of sample injection into cuvette.
This volume should be about 20

L usually.
Standard solution and unknown sample in the working
curve method will be injected according to the value
specified here (in case neither dilution nor STD
preparation with stock STDs is chosen).
When a larger injection volume is set, the drying time in
a temperature program should be longer.

NOTES
: 1. When “Inner” is specified for the standard addition
method or simple standard addition method, each
STD sample of the same volume as the set
sample injection volume will be injected in addition
to the set volume. This means that sample will
be injected in a volume twice as large as the set
sample injection volume into a graphite cuvette.
Therefore, the input of sample injection volume
should be restricted within 1/2 of the injection
volume allowed for the cuvette.
2. If injection volume is less than 5

L, sample
injection accuracy will be degraded.

Conc. Times
Sample can be concentrated by repeating its injection
and drying. Usually, “1” (no concentrating) is input.
Input is effective within 1 to 25. Since the dry stage is
performed every time the condensation process is
performed, the measurement time increases with the
increasing frequency of condensation.
