6.3 Using Sensitivity Variations of Standard Solution (Check STD)
A standard sample used for creation of working curve is
measured at a specified interval. If the absorbance is not within
the permissible range, remeasurement of standards and
unknown samples can be performed according to specification.
The permissible range is judged from the following expression.
The measured concentration is the concentration value
calculated by fitting the measured absorbance of standard
sample to the working curve.
(1) Click the check box of Check STD.

NOTE
: When Check Working Curve is specified, Check STD
cannot be used. In this case, standard sample can
be specified for Check QC Sample.
(2) Set the following items.
STD:
Specify the number of standard sample to be used for
judgment.
NOTE
: The standard sample should be selected from the
ones set in the Standards Table window. Upon
selection of a standard sample not specified in that
table, an error will be caused.
