When clicking the

button, a new folder can be

created.



When clicking the

button, a new file display format

can be selected.

The files saved in the specified folder are displayed in the
column under [Look in].    In this case, only the files of the
type specified in [Files of type] are displayed.    If the
specified type of a file is different, the file will not be
displayed though it exists.    For changing the type of file,
click the down arrow at the right of this column

（▼）

and

select the desired one.

(3) Click the desired file, and [File name], operator, analysis

name and comment, if input, will be displayed. On a data
file, the date of measurement is displayed.

(4) For opening the selected file, click the [Open] button (or

double-click the file in the list).

For saving a method or data file, implement the following
procedure.

(1) Click [Save As] in the [File] menu using the [Method] or

[Data] window, and the file saving dialog box will open as
shown in Fig. 2-15.

For saving the data for the first time after measurement,
the same dialog box can be displayed by clicking the Save
button

.

(2) In [Save in], specify the folder which contains the objective

file.

Library/Document/ZeemanAAS/Method

Default data file:

Library/Document/ZeemanAAS/Data

If a different location is stored after file opening or saving at

any location other than default. A change may be required.

(3) Input file name and click the Save button.

By default, a method file has the name
Analysisyyyy_mmdd_hhmm_ss.amf (yyyy mm dd hh mm ss
denotes the date and time point of creating a new copy of
