10.1 Setting of Temperature Program Test Conditions

Start Temp. End Temp.
First measurement 80 °C 150 °C
Second measurement 110 °C 150 °C
Third measurement 130 °C 150 °C
[Dry Test] is executed up to the [Start Temp.]
given by “[End Temp.] - 20°C”.
Therefore, the third program starts not at 140°C
given by adding the final increment to 110°C but at
130°C determined by “[End Temp.] - 20°C”.

Ramp Time (s)
Enter a heating time when the starting temperature
reaches the ending temperature in the drying stage.
Usually enter a value of about 40 s (second).
Input range: 10 to 100 s

Gas Flow (mL/min)
Enter a carrier gas flow rate in the drying stage.
Usually there is no need for changing 200 mL/min.
Input value: 0, 10, 30, 200 mL/min

Gas Type
Select the desired kind of carrier gas in the drying stage
(between Normal and Alternate).
Usually select Normal (Argon Gas).
NOTE : For using the Alternate gas, a stage for replacement
with the normal gas is necessary.
Set the [Dry addition] or [Ash addition].
