10.2 Start of Measurement

(1) Specify, on the [Autosampler] window, the position of the

sample cup (cup No.) which is equivalent to the unknown
sample ID for evaluation.
Temp. Program Development function measures only one
sample specified for evaluation.

(2) Determine conditions and start measurement.

Temp. Program Development function displays a message
on the measurement replicate after clicking [Verify] button.

: Choose samples to be used for this function with

absorbance in the range of 0.01-0.25 and background
absorbance (REF) of 1.0 or less. An error message
“The sample is inadequate for the test” appears when
