3.1 Generation of Measurement Conditions

Measurement Time
Obtain the absorbance data for the time set from the
start of measurement and calculate the level of
absorbance. This is normally set at about 5 seconds.
Input range is from 0.5 to 20 seconds.

Auto-Start
This is a function for automatically starting measurement
upon detecting the rise of the atomic absorption signal at
sample introduction. This function does not work for
samples such as a blank solution of which absorbance is
almost no different from the baseline. In that case,
manually click [Start].

Continuous Measurement
When this check box is turned on, measurement of
samples will be performed through continuous injection
of sample and data will be acquired continuously
according to the number of repetitions, without rinsing
with pure water in between measurements. For using
this method, click the check box to put a check mark
there.
