(2) Set the following items.
Interval:
Input the interval of QC Sample 1 or 2 measurement in
terms of unknown samples. When both are selected,
the measurement starts in the order of QC check
sample 1, followed by QC check sample 2 after finishing
the measurement of the number of samples set.
Concentration:
Input the concentration of QC sample.
NOTE
: As a QC sample, a STD sample or Stock STD solution
can also be specified. In this case, QC sample
concentration should be matched with that of the
sample.
Tolerance (%):
Specify an allowable deviation (%) of the measured
concentration from the input QC sample concentration.
NOTE
: When an interval value is specified in one of Check
QC Sample and Check STD, the value will be
automatically assigned in the other checks.
Action:
Specify any of the processes below in case the
measured value does not meet the tolerance.
Continue ............... Continues the sequence of
unknown sample measurement
with a message.
End ....................... Terminates measurement for
current element.
When an element to be measured
next is set, however, it will be
measured.
Rerun All STD ...... Remeasures all standard samples
and creates working curve again.
Then the measurement procedure
will return to an unknown sample
immediately after the previous QC
sample measurement.
