(b) For STD Cup No., enter the cup position from which
each standard solution is aspirated. Make entries for
the corresponding [Conc.] and [Cup No.] in the table of
Stock STD and turn on the [Set] check box.
A maximum of 3 aliquot standard solutions are settable.
They can be specified separately for each STD.
Setting is required so that the pipetting volume of
autosampler will not become extremely small.

NOTES
: 1. The concentration of Stock STD should be higher
than that of standard solution.
2. Accuracy of injection volume will become poor if
you employ such a standard sample preparation
that would reduce pipetting volume below 5
L.
3. Determine the value of the concentration of the
standard solution Aliquots in a way the injection
volume can be divided by the sample volume
injected for better pipetting accuracy.
(3) Verify the conditions, and place standard and unknown
samples in the sample tray.
(4) Place a diluent (the same acid as standard solution or the
like) in the cup specified in the “diluent cup” and start
measurement.
