The following messages are printed in the report:
QC measurement value exceeds the permissible range.
Measurement is finished.
Measure all standard samples anew and prepare working
curves again. Re-measure sample groups involved in error.
6.5 Using Spike Recovery (Check Recovery)
A sample of known concentration (spike sample) is added to an
unknown sample and then measured to obtain its recovery.
If the recovery does not match the permissible range (Recovery
Tolerance), the unknown sample will be diluted and measured
again.
All unknown samples will be measured without adding a spike
sample (diluent added for matching the volume) and with the
spike sample added.
(1) Click the check box of Check Recovery.
