*IST? <StatusBit>
INDIVIDUAL STATUS QUERY returns the contents of the IST flag in decimal form.
The IST flag is the status bit which is sent during a parallel poll (see also Chapter 6.8,
"Status Reporting System" , on page 663).
Parameters:
<StatusBit> 0 | 1
Usage: Query only
*OPC
OPERATION COMPLETE sets bit 0 in the event status register after all preceding
commands have been executed. This bit can be used to initiate a service request (see
also
Chapter 6.6, "Device Model and Command Processing" , on page 656).
*OPC?
OPERATION COMPLETE QUERY returns a 1 when all previous commands have
been processed. It is important that the timeout set on the IEC/IEEE bus is sufficiently
long.
*OPT? <Options>
OPTION IDENTIFICATION QUERY queries the options included in the instrument and
returns a list of the options installed. The options are separated from each other by
means of commas.
Usage: Query only
*PRE <Value>
PARALLEL POLL REGISTER ENABLE sets the parallel poll enable register to the
indicated value. The query form *PRE? returns the contents of the parallel poll enable
register in decimal form.
Parameters:
<Value> 0 to 255
