This register only contains overrange information concerning the individual channels of
multichannel operation. It can be read by the query
STATus:QUEStionable:OVERrange:CONDition?
or
STATus:QUEStionable:OVERrange[:EVENt]?
.
Reading the EVENt part deletes its content!

15 Slave 8 For cascading, signals with a '1' which slave has identified an overrange.
