Calibration kit
When calibration unit, R&S ZN-Z103 is used for the calibration procedure, its calibra-
tion model will supersede the calibration kit model selected.
The calibration kit model provides the "Open", "Short", and " Load" parameters that is
to be taken into consideration when performing a calibration with the corresponding
calibration kit. The R&S Cable Rider ZPH supports the following calibration models:

1. Press the CAL key.
2. Select the "Calibration Kits" softkey.
The R&S Cable Rider ZPH opens a file manager dialog to select the calibration kit
model.
3. Select the calibration kit model that you require.
The R&S Cable Rider ZPH loads the selected calibration kit model during the cali-
bration procedure.

Performing a Full 1-Port Calibration
Cancel calibration
You can abort the calibration any time by pressing the "Cancel" softkey.
The procedure below shows a full 1-port calibration routine. All other calibration meth-
ods basically work the same way, except for the type and number of calibration stand-
ards you are going to need.
1. Disconnect the DUT from the RF cable.
After disconnecting the DUT, the R&S Cable Rider ZPH is ready for calibration.
2. Press the CAL key.
3. Select the "Full 1-Port" softkey.
