Parameters:
<StimulusOffset>
Stimulus offset value.
The range and unit depends on the sweep type.
Default unit: NN

TRAC:Y:OFFS 10
Create the default trace and shift it horizontally by 1 MHz, verti-
cally by 10 dB.
