batch mode parameter of the ISD tool:

LINear (parameter value

): Used for linear insertion loss of test coupon

): Used for non-linear insertion loss of test coupon

): The 2x thru test coupon will be split and used directly for deembed-
ding.
This option may be more accurate when the fixture and 2x Thru have the same
impedance at every location
