Removing the case is necessary to access and
service some internal components.

SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS

•

X-ray shielding contains lead and lead
compounds, chemicals known (to the State
of California) to cause cancer and other
reproductive harm. Wear gloves when handling shielding and wash hands after handling.

•

The case weighs over 100 lbs. Two or three people are needed to safely lift it out of the way.

PRECONDITIONS

•

Machine locked out. See 6.1.1 for details.

•

Left and right access panels removed. See 6.1.2 an d 6.1.3 for details

•

Camera cable (frame grabber cable) bundled and stowed inside the unit.

REMOVE

Disconnect the four cables from the case.
(These are all unique and cannot be inserted
incorrectly).
