Ensure Microsoft.NET version 1.1 is
installed (VB.NET app will not run without
it).
Check "Add/Remove Programs" in the
control panel.
Check that system is ON.
Check the blue heat serial interface card
seating.
Check the frame grabber interface card
seating.
Frequent BSOD - run memory check.

Turn on the Master node.

Wait 2 minutes.

Turn on the Slave nodes (wait 20
seconds between each to avoid
excessive power surges).

Master node does not boot
Insert eXplore cluster rescue disk.
Boot from the CD.
Master node boots, but slave
nodes do not
Hook up monitor and keyboard to
diagnose.
Ensure Ethernet cables are plugged in to
the correct network port on each slave.
