Using 5/32” hex key, remove four screws,
lockwashers and hold-down brackets
securing case to base.

Access to the hold-down bracket behind the
electrical flange is restricted. Loosen the four
flat head cap screws on the flange brackets.
(3/32” hex key) as required to improve
access.

Comment: Door

Remove case: Slide case left at least 2” to
clear electrical flange, tilt forward about 1” for
door shielding to clear rear shielding and
then shift right to clear the detector. Continue
lifting up and over while being careful not to
hit anything.

REPLACE

FOLLOW-ON PROCEDURES

•

Ensure that case is centred on the base plate.

•

Check that four corner hold-down brackets are
fully engaged, and that case and electrical
flange are properly aligned.

•

Perform an "abridged" calibration (see Case/
