Short Scan

. This looks at the first 200 views instead of all 360 views. It will emphasize

any errors in calibration. Click OK.

24. Press the

Recon

button in the

Reconstruction Utility

window.

25. View the image in

MicroView

upon completion. The 4 wires should appear "square" to the

screen.

26. Select a region of interest that encompasses all 4 wires using the 7 and 8 keys in

MicroView

27. Select File>Save crop coordinates.

28. Exit

MicroView

29. Click the

Load Crop

button on the

Reconstruction Utility

window.

30. Press the

Recon

button. View the image in

MicroView

and verify the image is cropped

properly, then exit

MicroView

31. Change the Z-Size field on the Reconstruction Utility screen to

32. Click the

Full Res b

utton. De-select the

Mini-volume

field. This allows you to name the resulting

reconstructed volume.

33. Press the

Recon

button. Name the file

1x1wire_cs_ss.vff

(or

2x2wire_cs_ss.vff

4x4wire_cs_ss.vff

depending on which verification scans are being performed).
