Fan 2.0625 (Below X-Ray Source)

INTRODUCTION

This fan is located below and to the rear of the x-ray
source. It can be removed from the left-hand side
and through the door with the case in place.

PRECONDITIONS

REMOVE

Using 9/64” hex key, remove four hex screws and lockwashers and flatwashers securing fan
to adjusting plate. Fan will pull down through the hole once the wires are free.

Cut cable ties securing fan wires

Using mirror and small slotted screwdriver, locate and remove
fan wires from terminal. Note the wire location.

REPLACE

Insert and secure fan into place and feed wires out to rear of
unit. Fan must be blowing down and away from x-ray source.

Attach fan wires and secure to terminal block with slotted
screwdriver.
