Browse

to find the

corrected_grid.vff

file.

25. Ensure the Source/Targets File field is set to

C:\translations

26. Leave the Tilt values field as zeros.

Note:

If not zeros, click the

Calculators

tab and press

Reset

under Tilt Calculator, then press

Update

Return to the

Transform

tab and press the

Update

button.

27. Ensure 1x1 appears in the Transform bin Mode field and Acquired Image bin Mode field.

28. Press the

Create D:\Transform1 and Transform1.dat

button at the bottom of the window.

29. Use

Windows Explorer

to rename the

Transform1

file and the

Transform1.dat

files to

Transform01

and

Transform01.dat

30. Access

Calibration Tools

and click the

Unwarp

tab and complete the fields as follows:

VFF to unwarp:

D:\calib\corrected_grid

Transform grid:

D:\Transform01

31. Click the

Unwarp

button.

32. Call the file

D:\zz

when

prompted to name the file,
then click

The zz file will be used as a
temporary file for unwarping.
Continue to overwrite this file
whenever unwarping.

33. Double-click

Windows

Explorer

to load the

unwarped corrected_grid file
into

MicroView
