6. Place the mouse position window over the bebe (to
use the lines of the window as a reference point).
7. Rotate the stage in both directions to determine the
bebe’s outer most position. As the bebe is rotated, the
bebe moves out from under the mouse position window.
Note: Once the outer most position is found, images will be captured. Save the images in D:\calib. The
objective is to capture an image of the outer most position plus 3 images on either side of this
position. To do this:
8. Rotate until the bebe is in its outer most position.
9. Rotate 3 degrees past the outer most position and capture the image. Name the image L1 .
Record the x and y positions of L1, and the others below, in the Worksheet.
10. Rotate 1 degree back toward the outer most position and capture the image. Name the image
L2 .
11. Rotate 1 degree toward the outer most position again and capture the image. Name the image
L3 .
12. Rotate 1 degree in the same direction and capture the image. Name the image L4 . This should
be your outer most position in Fluoro .
13. Continue to rotate 1 degree and capture the image. Name the image L5 .
14. Rotate another 1 degree and capture the image. Name the image L6 .
