Safety & Hazard Information

1.2.1

Text and Character Representation

Different paragraph and character styles are used to indicated potential hazards. Paragraph
prefixes, such as hazard, caution, danger and warning, are used to identify important safety
information. Text (Hazard) styles are applied to the paragraph contents that is applicable to each
specific safety statement.

EXAMPLES OF HAZARD STATEMENTS USED

Caution is used when a hazard exists that can or could cause minor injury to self or others
if instructions are ignored. They include for example:
