Place the mouse over the bebe and press the Spacebar (the bebe’s solid centre turns
green).

Record the centroid value (y coordinate only). If desired, press the

View Centroid

button

to view the calculated actual centre (see below). You may have to Pan and Zoom to see
the cross hairs.

Make note of the CS1 file’s two y coordinates (top and bottom bebe) in the Worksheet.

Correct the CS2 image, unwarp it and load it into

MicroView

. Determine the y coordinates of

both bebes using MicroView’s Region Grow tool.

Make note of the CS2 file’s two y coordinates (top and bottom bebe) in the Worksheet.
