5.

Using 5/32" hex ball driver remove lower right
screw (looking from the front) and remove
rotary stage from gear box slide spacer.
Support weight of stage as the last screw is
removed.

6.

The stage is supported on two short dowels.

REPLACE

1.

Reverse of removal.

2.

Insert rotary stage dowels, and support it
while inserting four screws.

3.

SNUG - DO NOT TIGHTEN THE SCREWS
PRIOR TO CALIBRATION!

the equipment may result when calibration is
attempted).

4.

Use cable ties to secure cables.
