Commissioning
11-9
DOK-INDRV*-MP*-02VRS**-FK01-EN-P
Note:
The following has to be observed for step 2:
•
During the initial commissioning of a motor with encoder
data memory the controller requests "load controller
parameters" after activation of the "easy startup" mode.
This is shown on the display by "RL" flashing.
•
The controller parameters for adjusting the controller to the
motor are loaded by pressing the "Esc" button; the motor
can now be commissioned.
•
If "RL" is not displayed a motor of the same type was
already commissioned with this controller or a parameter
set was loaded that was created for a motor of the same
type.
•
If the display shows communication phase "P3" (due to
possibly inadmissible parameter values), it is useful to load
the base parameter values. To do this it is first necessary
to switch to communication phase "P2" (see above).
3. Switch power on; display now reads "Ab".
4. Enable the drive. To do this apply 24 V input signal to E2 (X31/4) only.
Drive thus has been enabled and is in velocity control. Display reads
"AF".
CAUTION
Property damage caused by errors when
controlling motors!
⇒
Caution when applying the digital input signals!
5. Drive can now be moved with 24 V input signal at EA9 (X32/7) with
positive command value, with 0 V at EA9 (X32/7) and 24 V at EA10
(X32/8) with negative command value. The maximum speed
corresponds to the value of S-0-0091, the effective command value
can be reduced via the control panel up to 10% of the maximum
speed (see fig. "Activating the "easy startup" mode via the control
panel").
The activated "easy startup" mode is not displayed. For controlling
whether the "easy startup" mode has already been activated, carry out the
steps for activating it again. If the drive already is in the "easy startup"
mode and this mode is activated again, the display reads "Easy active".
The "easy startup" mode is terminated by switching the controller off.
The "easy startup" mode active before is not stored; if necessary, it has to
be activated again!
