CAUTION
If one of these functions (e.g. travel range limit
switch via P-0-0090, bit 1) was activated but not
assigned to any digital input via P-0-0300, the
functionality (in the limit switch example) is not
guaranteed.

Therefore, carefully check the configuration
and function of the digital inputs/outputs
during commissioning!
The above functions are only possible in conjunction with specific inputs
(pins BB1, BB2, E1, E2, E3, E4, E5, An+, An-), because hardware
requirements (e.g. AD converter, rapid input, ...) must be fulfilled!
Assigning the function to a different pin as the one mentioned in the
default setting is impossible. If one of these functions is deactivated or not
used, the respective pin, however, can be used for a different purpose
(freely configurable).
Note:
All other pins do not have any default assignment. The
combined inputs/outputs are preconfigured as inputs. All
changes in P-0-0300, P-0-0301 and P-0-0302 have to be
carefully made because important functions might be
deactivated (e.g. E-Stop).
Direct Access to Digital I/Os of Control Section via
Master Communication
In order to transmit data to the digital I/Os of the control section directly
via the master communication, the following steps are required:

By means of configuration, assign relevant bits of parameter
S-0-0145,

to digital I/Os of control section:

P-0-0301, bit numbers
