After a negative acknowledgment message to the logon request downlink message
has been received from ATC within a logon timeout period, the data line changes
to REJECTED.
Note:
Termination of the active ATC COMM connection either by means of
receipt of an END SERVICE uplink (whether or not a transfer of comm
occurs) or selection of the ATC COMM OFF prompt in field 5L, has no
affect on the 6R display state.
