Step 1: [Open the setting Window]
Open [Device Management] window, and click
[Machine File System] button.
The supported formats of audio files include WAV
and G.722 format:
o
16K, 16bits.
o
24k, 16bits.
o
48k, 16bits.
The capacity of the audio sources:

Note: Please make sure the software's version is
correct as it will affect the path of file storing.
Step 2: [Create a new folder]
Click [Edit] button to open the [Edit Folder]
window, and click [+] [-] button to add/delete a
new folder, there will be a pop-up window which
you can set the folder name. After that, click
[Apply] button to apply the new settings.
Step 3: [Load the file]
Follow the 4 steps on the upper picture,
1. Click [Load] tab.
2. Select the file.
3. Click [Take Down] button to add the selected
file.
4. Click [Load] to load the file.
