Check Software
Check the version of your PSS-AS and IDA8 by 2 types of the differentiation below.
1. By Ateis Studio software(on Device Management window).
Users can check whether the PSS-AS unit is well connected to IDA8 controller and searched
via Ateis Studio software. If it's not under the normal connection, it's probably the version of
your Ateis studio isn't match with your PSS-AS. See the picture below,
2. By Front screen panel of PSS-AS unit
Users can also check by the color and the name of main function buttons on PSS-AS unit
between Local and Global version have slightly different. See the picture below,
If your PSS-AS is match with the software, please move to Step 3 (
). If not,
please continue the modification by the following solution below.
Solution:
If your software version or firmware version for each device isn't match with the same version,
update or rollback your software & firmware version (Local version <=> Global version). See the
example below,
Example (Software & Firmware) :
If the current version of your IDA8 controller on Ateis Studio software is Global version (2.X.X.XX),
yet PSS-AS unit is Local version(1.X.X.XX),
1. First, download the update code to rollback the global version of your IDA8 controller to local
version for connecting with your PSS-AS unit functionally.
