noise region of the Basophil/Lobularity Channel exceeds a specified limit when 
the system reports an NRBC count. 

The NR-LPD flag is triggered when both of the following conditions occur:

BASO % Noise > 2 

•

 

BASO % Noise x WBCB > 10
