Safety

CAUTION

Destruction of AllWave attenuators caused by mechanical
overload.

Putting too much of a mechanical load on the AllWave attenuators will cause the
destruction of the attenuators. This can easily happen in system configurations with a
large number of fiber-optic cables.

Make sure that AllWave attenuators are free of any mechanical load.

Orderable attenuators

For a complete and up-to-date list of all available attenuators with the respective
comcodes please refer to the Engineering Drawings ED8C948-10 and ED8C948-20,
that you can:

•

find appended at the end of this document, correct at the time of going to print (if
they were ordered from the Customer Information Center (CIC))

•

order in the latest version from CIC at
http://www.cic.lucent.com/drawings.html
