Rack doors

Installation procedure

Proceed as follows to install the rack doors:

Place the lower hinge pin of the door in the eye of the door support bottom. The
following rack doors should be used:

•

CC848795001 in the case of an ETSI-2 rack

•

CC848795019 in the case of a NEBS-2000 rack.

NOTE:

The mentioned comcodes always represent one pair of rack doors (left and

right).

Pull down the locking mechanism at the top of the door.

Lock the door by releasing the locking mechanism of the upper hinge pin in the eye of
the door support top.

connect the ground strips (DC1005100, item 1) at
the top and bottom of each rack door with the
green finished bolts. A torque of 5.9 ± 0.3 Nm is
required for the weld stud M6 St36-2.
