Technical documentation
The technical documentation as required by the Conformity Assessment procedure is
kept at the Lucent Technologies location which is responsible for this product. For
more information please contact your local Lucent Technologies representative.
Technical support
Lucent Technologies provides the following Technical Support Services:

Remote Technical Support (RTS) – remote technical support to troubleshoot and
resolve system problems.
•
On-site Technical Support (OTS) – on-site assistance with operational issues and
remedial maintenance.
•
Repair and Replacement (R&R) – technical support services for device repair/return
or parts replacement.
•
Lucent Online Customer Support – online access to information and services that
can help resolve technical support requests.
NOTE:
Technical Support Services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
