ten minutes). As a consequence, the management association between the

WaveStar

®

CIT and the NE will be lost.

After

the boot process the following must be observed:

•

The “Active” LEDs on all circuit packs are permanently illuminated with the
exception of the XC protection pack in slot “XC P” (#10). No LED is
illuminated on this circuit pack.

•

Only the “ABN” LED on the User Panel is illuminated.
This is because the system timing is not yet provisioned (see section

“System

timing” (p. 7-39)

).

Troubleshooting:

If the “Fault” LED is flashing on one or more circuit packs or if

circuit pack alarms are displayed in the

WaveStar

®

CIT alarm list, refer to appendix

A, section

“Circuit pack alarm handling” (p. A-12)
