Date and time recovery in case of a power failure

In case of a power failure, the system is able to recover the date and time information
from an internal real-time clock. A precondition however is that the active controller is
of the type CTL/3S or CTL/3T.

Power failures with a duration of up to 2 hours can be compensated with an accuracy
of the timing information after the recovery of ±1 second.
