Unpairing from Epiphan Cloud using the touch screen

We listened to your concerns about people inadvertently unpairing Pearl-2 from Epiphan Cloud and so we
removed the unpair option from the touch screen. You can still unpair the device using the Admin panel or
directly in Epiphan Cloud.
