Pearl-2 User Guide

Remote login to the Admin panel and Epiphan Live

3. Tap

Epiphan Cloud

to open the Epiphan Cloud screen.

a. If Pearl-2 is not currently paired to Epiphan Cloud, the pairing code displays on screen.

b. If Pearl-2 is paired to Epiphan Cloud, the screen changes and displays the option to

Unpair

instead of the pairing code.

Remote login to the Admin panel and Epiphan Live

You can remotely login to Pearl-2 for full administration access to configure and operate Pearl-2 over the
Internet using a cloud version of the Admin panel and Epiphan Live. You just need to pair Pearl-2 to an
Epiphan Cloud account that has one of the Pro plans.

With an Epiphan Cloud Pro plan, full administrative access to your Pearl-2 for setup and rescue
troubleshooting is fast and convenient. And anyone on your team can remotely control live switching and
recording using the cloud version of Epiphan Live. The cloud version of the Admin panel uses and Epiphan
Live use the same login credentials as the locally accessed web version.

The URL of the local web version of the Admin panel and Epiphan Live are not the same as the
URL of the cloud version. An Epiphan Cloud Pro plan is only required to access the cloud version.
