The X address that can be output is in the range H'0 to H'4 in the case of 1/32 duty,
H'0 to H'6 in the case of 1/16 duty, and H'0 to H'7 in the case of 1/8 duty
Bits 1 and 0—Display Duty Select (DDTY1, DDTY0):
Bits 1 and 0 select a display duty of 1/32,
1/16, or 1/8.
