Stress Conditions
The options you may see in the Stress Conditions area include the following. The options that are
available depend on the device that is selected.
Enter the voltage or current stress values for each terminal.
Active Site:
The wafer site number.
Terminal Stress:
Enter the voltage or current stress values for each terminal.
Terminal Limit:
Enter the voltage or current limit values for each terminal.
