IP Interface Commands

delete ipif

Purpose

Used to delete a previously configured IP
interface on the switch.

Syntax

delete ipif {<ipif_name>/all}

Description

This command will delete an IP interface
from the switch.

Parameters

<ipif_name>

−

The name of the IP interface

that is to be deleted.

all

−

Specifies that all IP interfaces

configured on the switch will be deleted.

Restrictions

Only administrator-level users can issue this
command.

Example Usage:

To delete the IP interface Develop:
