This chapter describes the configuration registers for MON1-MON5.

The registers are addressed bytewise.

25.3.1

Monitor Input Registers

The monitor input registers are part of the PMU. This is due to the fact that this circuit requires supply
(VDD1V5_PD_A) and clock, (LP_CLK) during system wide sleep and Stop modes.
